longest phone call I ever made

 David

Today was supposed to be a go-live launch day for my work.
I've been working on this project just over 1 year now and today was the day that we go-live. However, we hit every bump we can possibly hit today...

I've been on a phone call with about 10 people since 9AM this morning and just got off the phone around 8:20pm. I cannot believe about 10 people were on the phone for close to 12 hours straight. We had people from Germany, California, New Jersey, and Florida on the call. This means that when we finally got off the phone at 8:20pm, it was past 3AM in Germany!

It was a video conferencing call, so towards the end of the evening, everybody was either drinking wine or beer because we were stuck in one problem and knew that we couldn't resolve it tonight.

So, we are ready to get back on the call tomorrow morning again... Hopefully, it will not be another 12 hour long phone call....

Emoticons are a great way to visually express how you feel.
However, there are times when unintended content is converted to emoticon because the content happens to have one of the emoticon symbols. That's why it's always good idea to preview your comment before posting and when you see this type of problem, you can indicate NOT to auto convert.
